Retirement Appointments are offered between the hours of 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM on most school system work days.  Walk-in appointments are not encouraged and are not guaranteed.  To schedule an appointment, please call or email.  Once the appointment is scheduled, you will be emailed with information regarding your upcoming appointment.

Ready to Start Thinking About Retirement or DROP?

If you are within 2 years of retiring or entering DROP, you should log on to your appropriate retirement system website and create an online account. You will have access to your information, and it may help you determine your future plans.

Here's a checklist of the documents you will have to have with you in order to process your Retirement/DROP application:

* BIRTH CERTIFICATES (MEMBER AND BENEFICIARY(IES)

* SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS (MEMBER AND BENEFICIARY(IES)

 

Here's a checklist of the documents you MAY need to have with you if they apply:

* Marriage Certificate

* Death Certificate (spouse)

* Proceeding of Divorce Papers

* Prenuptial Papers

 

Please make sure that all copies brought in are legible and are able to be run through a copier/scanner.
