Protecting Student Privacy
The Terrebonne Parish School District (TPSD) is committed to protecting student data and continually enhancing its data procedures. The district has implemented safeguards to protect student privacy as per Act 837 and Act 677. To provide an accurate picture of the transfers of students’ personally identifiable information by the TPSD and Louisiana Department of Education (LDE). Executed data sharing agreements may be viewed upon request at the TPSD Central Office.
